 ElectraWear Standard: Our most popular esd smock, utilizes a
pin stripe conductive element
tightly interwoven
with our tough, durable, (think parachute quality), non-linting,
stain resistant
synthetic fabric. These smocks do not provide a grounding snap
nor require a cumbersome ground cord. Rather, grounding of the
smock is accomplished via the intimate contact between the
smock, the technician and the subsequent technician's attachment
to wrist straps (and / or
heel grounders). These smocks and this
method of grounding are fully compliant to
ANSI/ESD
S20.20-2007 standards and meet ANSI/ESD STM2.1 "static
control garment"
and TR53 (compliance verification) testing of <1.0E11 ohms. |

reinforced patch pockets and with a

zipper

front closure system. Clean Room Class 1000

ElectraWear Advanced: Utilizes a cross hatch conductive
fiber (for increased conductivity) tightly interwoven with our
tough, durable, stain resistant Class 1000 clean room compliant synthetic fabric.
Permanently mounted side grounding snaps are positioned above
each lower side pocket and can be used with an independent ground cord
for optimum results. ElectraWear Advanced is not specifically
designed as a "primary" grounding device (wrist straps
and or heel straps should still be worn). The Advanced
is designed to meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S 2020-2007
standard ANSI/ESD STM2.1 "groundable
static control garment" and TR53 (compliance
verification)
testing of <1.0E09. Typically custom manufactured (allow
2 to 3 weeks for delivery). |

ElectraWear Ultimate:
Utilizes a maximum
conductivity cross hatch conductive fiber tightly interwoven
with our tough, durable, stain resistant class 1000 clean room
compliant synthetic fabric.
Permanently mounted side grounding snaps are positioned above
each lower side pocket must be used with the ground cord for
compliance. ElectraWear Ultimate may be ordered with cuff
mounted 4mm male snaps (allowing use with standard wrist straps)
OR provided with velcro or adjustable snap wrist cuffs.
Conductive cuffs should be worn snuggly around Technicians
wrist. ElectraWear Ultimate may be used as a "primary"
grounding device negating the additional use of independently
grounded esd wrist straps. |

(compliance verification) testing of <3.5E07. Typically custom manufactured
(allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery). Multiple color options. Full
or waist length. Snap, velcro or elastic cuff. Reinforced
patch pockets and lapel collars. 10' self adjusting ground cord
and Certificate of Compliance provided at no charge (upon
request) with each order. Bar coding, custom Logo's, cleaning
and ongoing individual certification of conductivity available
(call for details).

Comfort,
quality and fit meets permanent conductivity and ESD protection.
Cleaning instructions
Machine: Wash smocks at
temps of under 104 deg F, use proper amount of a mild
non-ionic/anionic detergent
(like Tide 2x or similar) that contains no fabric softeners. Do
not bleach.
If smock has a zipper closure system ZIP before washing. Wash smocks separately, do not mix with other
industrial laundry. Do not dry at temperatures over 120
deg, do not tunnel dry. These smocks will dry very quickly,
do not over dry. Hand washing: These
smocks may be hand washed with the same basic instructions as
above.
